Certified Translation

We provide certified, public, or sworn translations through our team of licensed translators. It is essential that the translation is carried out by certified professionals as they are the only ones authorized to guarantee the accuracy of the text and the legal validity of the translation.

Translation Process

Whenever a client contacts us, this is the lifecycle of a translation project:

1. Document reception

We accept both physical and digital documents.

2. translation quote

Our team conducts a comprehensive analysis of the received material, considering the document type, length, source and target language, and the purpose of the translation. Based on this, we provide a detailed estimate, along with the delivery date and payment methods.

3. Certified translation

We deliver an accurate and faithful translation of the original document, taking into account the cultural and legal contexts of both languages and any formalities required for the project.

4. Document legalization

If the client requests digital legalization of their document, we handle the process. For paper translations requiring seals and signatures, we agree with the client who will be in charge of carrying out the procedure.

5. Delivery of translated document

The final document is delivered to the client, along with the digital or paper-based legalization.

6. Billing and payment

The client receives the corresponding invoice, and payment for the service is arranged.

About the Translation Process

  • How long will the translation take? The timeline depends on the document’s length, the complexity of the language, and the urgency of the translation.
  • What is the cost of the translation? Costs vary based on the document’s length, target language, urgency, and the level of specialization required.
  • What format will the translation be delivered in? For public translations (signed and sealed), the format complies with the requirements of the Association of Sworn Translators of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina (CTPPC, as per its initials in Spanish). For simple translations, the document is delivered in the same format as the original.

  • How do you ensure the confidentiality of my documents? Confidentiality is a common concern, especially for sensitive documents. Professional translators adhere to ethical codes that establish confidentiality as a fundamental principle. Additionally, we use secure translation tools and restrict access to clients’ information.

About Legalization

  • What is the legalization of a translation? Legalization is a procedure performed after the translation, where the CTPPC certifies the licensed professional involved in the translation.

  • Who handles the legalization? Anyone can carry out the legalization process.

  • How long does legalization take?
    – In-person: Same-day and without scheduling an appointment.
    – Digital: It typically takes 24 to 48 hours.

  • What documents are needed for legalization? You only need the translation signed and sealed by the licensed translator.

About the Workflow

  • What steps are involved in completing a translation? First, the document is delivered by the client so that we know to which specialty area it belongs. Then, the translation process begins. Once the translation is completed, the legalization process is carried out, whether digital or on paper, at the Association of Sworn Translators of the Province of Córdoba (CTPPC, as per its initials in Spanish). Finally, the signed, sealed and legalized translation is delivered to the client.

  • Can I track the progress of my translation? Communication with our clients is key. Clients are notified of the day the work begins. After that, active communication will be maintained so that the client knows at what stage of the translation process their project is. The final contact is when the translation work has been completed.
